Entrope S.R.L. (Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-935005) currently operates SBOBet under a license from the Tobique Gaming Commission (Tobique Gaming Act 2023, license No. 0000077), a Canadian Indigenous gaming regulator. This followed a significant restructuring: Celton Manx Ltd, SBOBet's longtime Isle of Man license holder, voluntarily surrendered its Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission license in May 2025, and the brand's earlier PAGCOR-adjacent Asian licensing arrangement (via partner VIP Global Solutions) ended when the Philippines closed its offshore gambling licensing regime.
SBOBet's current Tobique Gaming Commission license is a meaningfully different regulatory backing than the PAGCOR and Isle of Man licensing the brand's long-standing reputation was built on.
