Last updated: March 3, 2026

HD Downloaders respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. We publish original editorial reviews, ratings and guidance, and we reference third-party app names, icons descriptions and screenshots for identification and commentary purposes. If you believe that content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice in accordance with the process below.

Filing a Notice

To file a copyright takedown notice, please send a written communication that includes the following information:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a specific URL or page location on this site;
  • your contact information, including name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable and may delay review.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe material you posted or that is attributed to you was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion, restore the material after a reasonable waiting period unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of removing or restricting, in appropriate circumstances, content or accounts associated with repeat copyright infringement, consistent with applicable law.
